Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team, we are the backbone to Lancer’s success. This role offers variety including inbound sales calls, order processing, ETA enquiries and stock level checks.  Multi-faceted, it also includes warranty support from breakdown repairs or maintenance of beverage dispensing and commercial ice making equipment across our 3 business streams, Soft Drink, Food Services & Draught Beer equipment.  Working collaboratively with the Sales team and external customers, interactions come via phone and email, which you will process through our companywide ERP system.

Your experience in a customer service support environment, outstanding communication skills and proficiency across several computer platforms will be highly regarded.  The ability to pivot between tasks, follow through with accuracy and accountability and a friendly “can do” attitude is important in this role.

The position is a permanent full-time, 38 hours per week.  Our national service centre operates between 07:30 to 18:00 Monday – Friday as the team covers Australia and New Zealand.

We will train you across all our processes. You should already be experienced with adapting to change, demonstrating great care for all our customers through accurate communications – both written and verbal.  Experience using software systems like Infor LN, SAP or Oracle will be helpful.
