Customer Service / Reception

Nocelle Foods are looking for a Customer Service / Reception Officer with the below experience;

• Interact with customers, identifying and fulfilling customer needs
• Process orders, picking slips and invoicing
• Assist customers by providing information about the company’s products and services
• Handle and direct possible customer complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Process customer accounts and filing documents
• Update, navigate and use customer and supplier portals
• Liaise with Warehousing and Logistics for customer needs and deliveries
• General Office duties including filing, answering and directing telephone calls, greeting visitors and assistance to other team members

The successful applicant must have strong computer skills, be able to work with limited supervision, ask for assistance when required, learn business priorities, able to work quickly and accurately without distraction, have sound written and verbal communication skills, be flexible, organised, good time management, and work to a deadline.  Experience in a role of a similar nature is an advantage.
