Customer Service Representative

We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Adelaide.

A day in your new role…

• Answer customer calls – help with any questions they have; process orders and provide updates on existing orders.
• Assist the Warehouse and Logistics teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
• Prepare quotes and assist Sales Engineers
• ADHOC admin tasks.

About you:

• Are you a people person who loves to help others?
• Hold a valid forklift licence/willing to obtain one
• Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service each and every time?
• Do you have intermediate computer skills? Are you able to learn new systems quickly?
