We are actively seeking an Internal Client Account Representative to join our Revolution by Design team in Regency Park, SA.

About the role:

Reporting to the Supervisor, with a large customer base and situated at our Regency Park office, the primary objective of this role is to liaise with customers and accounts within residential and commercial, process and administer sales orders, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and care.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Internal sales to an existing customer base
  • Development of new clients via internal sales and customer service enquiries
  • Data entry of customer sales orders
  • Coordination with internal staff to ensure orders are confirmed within the requested timeframes
  • Attending to customer phone calls and queries, as well as face to face interaction within the branch
  • Face to face interaction with customers at sales counter
  • Assisting customers with product selection

About you:
Along with your dynamic can do attitude, you will be able to demonstrate the following key characteristics:

  • Excellent phone manner with highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation
  • Driven to succeed through the impeccable servicing of your client base
  • Proven work history and success within internal sales customer experience, within metal, Sheetmetal or building industry
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, and highly challenging environment with rapidly changing priorities, timelines, and outcome driven philosophy
