We are looking for dedicated passionate staff to join our growing business and to make a different to people’s life.
We are looking for passionate female and male support worker to commence in immediately for full time hours and casual shifts for shift Monday to Sunday, morning and afternoon shift, passive night shift, potential to become permanent staff upon review performance. Must be dedicated and familiar with supporting client with complex needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability
- Individual Support (Required)
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR (Required)
- At least 6 months proven experience (Desired)
- NDIS Worker screening or DHS Clearance
- Full Australian current driver’s license
- Comprehensively insured and roadworthy vehicle
- Manual Handling
- Medication management
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work closely with participants, follow the following duties/responsibilities
- Provide a person-centred approach to Client care
- Implement personalised care plans to achieve individual goals
- Encourage and assist Clients with daily activities, home care, personal care, social inclusion and community access as required
- Promote and assist Clients to live an active, healthy and positive lifestyle
- Provide client with emotional support
- Transport Clients as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure NDIS compliance in all tasks
- Follow all organisational policies and procedures
