About the Role:
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and artistic Disability Support Workers to join our team and work with our client living with OCD. Your role will be a blend of creativity and care, helping with domestic tasks, community support (shopping), and daily living.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Mental Health: Candidates with experience supporting clients with OCD would be a plus.
  • Creative Approach: A person-centered approach with a proactive attitude to encourage participants to thrive.
  • Artistic Patience: Willingness to engage during challenging moments and consistently follow plans and directions provided by Allied Health professionals.

Shifts Available:

  • Flexible availability to work afternoon shifts from 3:00 PM on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements:
To thrive at Nextt, you’ll need:

  • NDIS workers screening check – must be current
  • SA Working with children check – must be current
  • NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate – or willing to obtain
  • Car with Comprehensive Insurance
  • Drivers Licence
  • Adherence to all mandatory directives per your state or territory.

Pay Rate:
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates

  • Base hourly rate: $32.73
  • afternoon shift: $36.00
  • Night shift $36.65
  • Saturday: $45.82
  • Sunday: $58.91
  • public holiday: $72.00
