Disability Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate and skilled disability support workers to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with challenging behavioural needs, helping them navigate daily challenges and achieve their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to clients with disabilities, including personal care, behavioural support, domestic duties and community participation.
• Implement individualised PBS plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
• Collaborating with teams, including therapists, healthcare professionals and family members, to ensure coordinated care and support.
• Monitor and document client progress, reporting on behaviours of concern.
