Our business requires experienced support workers to join the rosters of our valued clients living in the Southern suburbs. The hours available are varied across 7 days a week, mornings and afternoons with passives and active overnight duties. This is for you if you are a team player who is flexible and professional looking for a great opportunity to make a difference.

You will be responsible for providing quality, individualised and flexible support services to assist our clients to live independently.

Your role will include:

  • Supporting clients with personal care – hygiene, transfers, continence, grooming, etc.
  • Assisting clients in skill development – cooking, shopping, domestic assistance etc
  • Supporting clients to access the community – transport to and from appointments or shopping
  • Encouraging and assisting clients in social and community participation/engagement
  • Inspire and assist clients to work towards their goals and improve independence

As a registered NDIS service provider we believe in providing the highest level of client-focused care and know by valuing our Support Workers we can achieve that together.

Our Applicants will have:

  • An engaging Person-centred approach to care
  • Great communication and relationship building skills
  • A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of people with a disability
  • Proven experience in working with people living with a disability (6 months or more)

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar or Diploma of Nursing/Bachelor of Nursing.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Current Manual Handling Certificate
  • Valid unrestricted Driver’s Licence and willing to transport clients in your own reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Clear communication skills
