About the role

Join the passionate and supportive team at Infinite Inclusion Care’ as a Female Disability Support Worker in Morphett Vale, SA. In this casual role, you will provide personalised care and assistance to help our clients with daily living activities and achieve their goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting clients with personal care, such as showering, dressing and grooming
  • Supporting clients with domestic tasks like meal preparation, cleaning and laundry
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, activities and social events
  • Encouraging clients to participate in recreational, educational and therapeutic activities
  • Documenting client progress and changes in their condition
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families and the broader care team

What we’re looking for

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in disability or aged care support, preferably in a community or home-based setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives
  • A caring, patient and professional approach to your work
  • The ability to work independently as well as as part of a collaborative team
  • A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable)
