We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team and assist individuals in achieving their personal goals.

Job Role:
As an Experienced Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with a variety of physical, emotional, and mental health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to help our clients live as independently as possible while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered support to individuals with diverse needs, including physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and mental health challenges.
Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of clients.
Promote independence and empower individuals to make their own choices.
Support clients to access community resources and engage in social and recreational activities.
Monitor and report any changes in the client’s health or behaviour to the relevant professionals.
Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment.
Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures, safeguarding policies, and confidentiality standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Experience in a support worker or a care assistant role.
First Aid
NDIS Clearance
Driver’s License and car.
Police Check
WWCC
Covid Vaccinations
Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Understanding of mental health, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and situations.
Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
Ability to maintain accurate records and report effectively.
