Food & Beverage Attendant

The Lonsdale Hotel has been operated by the McCallum family for the past 36 years. We have recently completed building works that includes a new state of the art kitchen with a premium range of equipment, refurbished Bistro & a new multi-faceted function room.

We are searching for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality. We foster excellence and we want to see and help the right candidate do well and perform at their best.

These positions will report directly to the Venue Manager.

The Role:

Working as part of a large team of 40+, you will be responsible for attending to patrons whilst working within multiple areas of the hotel. Tasks include engagement with patrons in a friendly and energetic manner, high levels of customer service and product presentation, ensuring the venue is kept clean and tidy at all times, and timely service of food and beverages.

We are ideally looking for team members who have relevant experience with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixed drinks, ability to carry three plates and have the ability to prioritise and multitask. We are looking for team members who are able to work flexible hours, weekends and nights and who can work well under pressure whilst remaining positive and calm in our busy venue!
