Crowne Plaza Adelaide Mawson Lakes is opening soon. Located just 20 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD. We are seeking highly motivated Food & Beverage Attendants, Supervisors and Baristas to join our newly created Front of House team.
We are seeking applications from those who have experience and an interest in working in our food and beverage openings across the hotel, being; Ember & Vine Restaurant, Aviator Bar, Crowne Banquets, Shoalhaven Ballroom and much more!

Your day to day
- Create a warm welcome for every guest that sets the tone for their experience, providing attentive and efficient services, ensuring a delightful experience.
- Serve a diverse selection of delicious dishes, from our restaurant and bar, along with brewed coffee, local South Australian Wine, outstanding cocktails and other beverages.
- Keep the restaurant, bar and banquet areas clean, organized, and inviting, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
- Anticipate guest needs, address any issues promptly, and create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.
- For leadership roles, you will be required to manage and supervise staff, support with training, development, roster management and overseeing a shift and other duties to support the running of our food and beverage spaces.
What we need from you
- Have an ambitious and positive attitude who works well with team members.
- Have a service focused attitude, with a talent for delivering impeccable table service.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation or willing to obtain.
- You’ll know how to prepare a wide range of drinks. Ideally with formal bartending training
- Flexible with nights, weekend and public holiday shifts
- Previous customer service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
- You’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling
- You excel at communication, radiating warmth and approachability that makes conversations easy and enjoyable.
- Display a commitment to our guests by consistently maintaining a high level of quality at all times
** To be considered for leadership positions you will have a Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, being 2-3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
