Full Time Chef

We’re a seaside cafe & bar, situated in the heart of Henley Beach, and we’re looking for a seasoned full-time chef. We’d love for you to become a part of our lively and positive work environment, where you’ll get the chance to sail alongside the Nauti Buoy team in crafting a constantly evolving seasonal menu.

POSITION DETAILS:

•    Consistently preparing and producing local & seasonal dishes

•    Leading by example for other team members

•    Managing and rotating stock daily

•    Taking part in daily and weekly clean-up duties

MUST-HAVES:  

•    Experience navigating through a fast-paced kitchen

•    Outstanding communication skills

•    Be equally skilled at working independently or as part of a team

•    Exhibit professionalism and reliability

•    Possess a sturdy knowledge of OH&S standards

•    Ready to commit to a 5-day workweek, including weekends and some evenings
