Finance Administrator

My engineering client based in Kent Town has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a self starter with excellent initiative to make the job their own.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Regularly liaising with Engineers on WIP reports generated from the system
- Generating WIP reposts (prior experience with this would be advantageous)
- Working with Xero (Prior experience with Xero is preferable)
- Accounts receivable
- Setting up projects financially through CORE (ie: project budgets)
- Organisation
- General administration duties
- Willingness to assist with answering the phone and enquiries when needed
- Creating documents through Microsoft Word
- Data entry through Excel
Ideally you will have:
- Great initiative to make this role your own
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new duties and systems
- Experience in accounts receivable
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior working experience with Xero
- Good experience working with Word and Excel
