About the Role

As a Kitchenhand, you will play a vital role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, assisting chefs and kitchen staff, and ensuring that operations run smoothly in a professional and efficient manner. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a busy kitchen environment, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of a high-quality food service operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and sorting ingredients.
• Ensure kitchen supplies are well-stocked and organised.
• Adhere to all Food Safety and Company policies and procedures

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or production role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
