We are excited to announce that our growing company is looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and hardworking individual to join our team. This part-time role is based at Melrose Park, offering a great work-life balance with approximately 5 to 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting detailed and accurate reports.
- Managing incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinating job bookings and staff rosters.
- Utilising accounting software to create invoices and quotes, as well as reconciling accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven administration experience with a high level of attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Strong time management skills, coupled with the initiative to solve problems independently.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to embrace change with enthusiasm.
- Competency in computer skills, particularly in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in the insurance repair industry is highly regarded but not essential.
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software is an advantage but not required.
