As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage our office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office and supporting our team in delivering outstanding renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails.
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
– Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organised.
– Assist with invoicing and other basic accounting tasks.
– Handle correspondence and document management, including filing and data entry.
– Support the project management team with administrative tasks as needed.
– Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
– Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
– Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Google applications.
– Basic understanding of bookkeeping and office management systems.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
– Experience in the construction or renovation industry is a plus but not required.
