We are a family company delivering fresh produce, nuts and direct lines to independent retailers throughout Australia since 1993.
The administration office is located in the SA Produce Markets (Burma Road, Pooraka).
The successful applicant would need experience working in an administration role and have a high degree of attention to detail. The successful applicant will also need to be adaptable to change and have strong communication skills to succeed in this role.
This position would suit a person seeking casual employment (between 25 to 30 hours per week). The hours will be as follow.
Monday to Friday 9am to 3:30pm (finish time can vary)
Every second Sunday 10am to 2pm (finish time can vary)
Your responsibilities could include the following.
– Data entry of orders (main task).
– Phone calls, emails, faxing and general communication with customers and key staff stakeholders.
– Pricing.
– Processing of tax invoices, statements, credit notes and expenses.
– Preparation of daily operational reports.
– General filing and administrative duties.
Skills and Experience
– Administration experience is essential.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
– Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
– Proactive and self-motivated manner to take ownership and responsibility for the role.
– Supermarket knowledge an experienced preferred.
– Parking is available onsite.
