The Role
You will be working directly alongside our property management department processing accounts and providing administration support. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to start in the industry and get their foot in the door.
The role includes:
- General administration duties including answering phone calls and liaising with clients
- Providing exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants
- Processing rental payments
- Trust account processing including mid-month and end-of-month payments
- Preparing property management documentation
- Assistance and support to our property management department
You
A positive, vibrant individual with a friendly and professional personality who wants to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Trust account experience highly desirable
- A can do attitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
