About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join the growing team at SCC and oversee daily operations. In this role, you will immerse yourself across various functions of the business including HR, operations, executive support and payroll. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk, managing office supplies, and assisting with various administrative tasks to optimise business procedures as well. Your ability to work with a high level of attention to detail and discretion will be key in maintaining a productive and efficient office environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, maintaining employee records, and training and development.
  • Overseeing fleet management responsibilities, including booking car services, conducting regular audits, and ensuring the vehicles are properly maintained and fully operational.
  • Coordinating client scheduling, managing appointments, and handling invoicing to ensure timely service delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintaining and updating our HRIS, learning management system, and workforce management system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Scheduling meetings, maintaining spreadsheets, and ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Organising and setting up management meetings and coordinating office-wide communications.
  • Overseeing front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming environment and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and mail distribution, and resolving office-related issues promptly.
  • Supporting the daily office operations, including managing the kitchen, emptying bins, and ensuring the office is tidy and well-maintained.
  • Managing uniform purchasing, allocation, and record-keeping for new staff.

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong administrative skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of an office. You will bring excellent communication and organisational skills, providing seamless support across various teams.
