About the role:
Our goal is to work with these individual to understand their career goals and find new job opportunities with local employers who will give people the chance to succeed.
Here’s how we do that:
- Meet with job seekers to understand what they can and are willing to do, when it comes to employment
- Build and maintain relationships with our employers, all you have to do is build a relationship with local employer and it doesn’t cost anything for an employer to work with us (why wouldn’t you choose us!)
- Provide support to employers and job seekers to obtain interviews and new opportunities – we can also help support job seekers with, clothes, bills, transport and much more.
- Getting exciting about job opportunities that you know will be the perfect match for your job seekers.
Traits that will make you successful in the role:
- Bubbly and ambitious attitude
- Ability to be flexible with individuals needs
- Enthusiastic to speak to new employers every day
- Experience in fast food or customer service is highly regarded, but not required.
