We are a fast-paced, growing glazing business looking for someone to support our Office Manager as an Office Assistant.
The role is Monday to Friday with hours from 8.30pm to 3.30pm in our office in Kilburn.
$30 per hour
Duties include:
Answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages and handling client enquiries
Greeting customers and attending to their needs
Data entry of work orders into our glazing specific software
Monitoring emails
Any other duties required by the Office Manager
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of Office Suite
Willingness to be trained using our in-house software package
Have excellent problem-solving skills
Able to work independently while supporting the Office Manager
