About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Office & Client Administration professional to join our dynamic team at Signs SA (Signarama Salisbury), a leading signage and graphics provider based in Pooraka, SA. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth running of our office operations and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage all administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining comprehensive client records
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and coordinating project details
  • Assist with the preparation of quotes, invoices, and other financial documentation
  • Support the sales and production teams with various administrative duties
  • Contribute to the implementation of efficient office procedures and processes
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in an administrative or client-facing role, preferably in the sign industry or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
