We are a small accounting practice requiring an assistant to handle keeping the office in order, ordering stationery, bank reconciliations, reception, filing documents, lodging documents online and paying accounts.

The applicant must have:

1 a good working knowledge of: word, excel and outlook;

2 be able to communicate in writing and on the phone effectively;

3 experience in an office will be an advantage.
