A new administration focused opportunity to join the Serco team. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain and manage various databases. We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our Payroll and HR team to assist in delivering essential services.
Reporting to the Payroll Administration Manager, you will provide a high level of customer service for the business user community and the My HR team, taking on HR transactional queries, and addressing the queries or escalating to the appropriate support team. By using the Serco Values as a framework, the Payroll Administrator will represent excellence to the Serco community.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive and engaging relationships with the immediate team, internal and external stakeholders. You will work with a high performing Serco management team to deliver essential support on this continually evolving service.
For this reason, we are seeking a motivated and adaptable Payroll Administrator with strong administration skills who can manage and utilise their effective communication skills.
