About the Job

In this role you will provide high level administrative support to the People and Culture (P&C) Portfolio across a broad range of generalist duties throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes administration of recruitment processes (including job posting & pre-employment checks), onboarding, employment contracts & variations, maintaining employee and position information in CiAnywhere (TechOne) as well as in Content Manager, generating probation assessments, processing end of employment and coordinating employee training sessions as required.

Whilst a largely administrative and process driven role, the breadth of tasks will provide exposure to all aspects of the employee life cycle and offer opportunities for learning, growth and experience for the right candidate. 

About the team

As a member of the P&C team, you will report to the People & Culture Manager you will work alongside 9 highly experienced and supportive P&C and Payroll professionals. In our team, you will have the opportunity to build your experience and knowledge across generalist P&C building on your solid administrative background, strong interpersonal skills and flexible and adaptable approach. We are passionate about creating a connected and inclusive culture where our employees are empowered to deliver progressive services to our community. We achieve this by providing trusted and innovative service and advice.

This position is offered on a full time (1.0 FTE) basis as a 12 month fixed term contract and is classified at Level 4, with a salary starting from $88,563 per annum (plus superannuation).
