About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Personal Assistant to join our team at Bee Enterprises in Mawson Lakes, SA 5095. This is a part-time position that will provide crucial support to our senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and managing calendars
- Organising and attending meetings, taking detailed minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, such as preparing correspondence, managing expenses, and maintaining filing systems
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with special projects and other duties as required
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care
