About The Role:

Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support, project support and assistance for the Director on both domestic and international matters:

  • Organisation, preparation and distribution of daily emails, reports and correspondence;
  • Assisting with general projects and maintaining filing and record retention / storage;
  • Support for diary management;
  • Liaison with our booking agent for interstate and overseas travel;
  • Screening of calls, assisting with enquiries and taking messages;
  • Minute taking and distribution of agendas;
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Administration of event ticketing and catering arrangements for corporate boxes;
  • Collating and maintaining expense and financial reports;
  • Assisting in research for business projects;
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by the General Manager.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you be self-motivated with a passion for being organised.  With 3+ years of PA, EA or senior administrative support experience, have excellent communication, multi-tasking and administrative skills complemented by a ‘can do’ attitude.

Ideally, to be highly successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience of being a personal assistant, executive assistant or similar;
  • Demonstrated diary management and travel organisation experience;
  • Experience in filing systems and general project administration;
  • Excellent data processing skills with a high degree of accuracy;
  • The ability to adapt to change;
  • Fantastic communication, organisation and interpersonal skills;
  • Great time management with a real sense of priorities;
  • Ability to speak Italian;
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Outlook / Word / Excel).
