The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic thinking & energetic Administration Support Officer, to drive growth and efficiencies in our growing Pre-Construction Division. 

If you are a motivated professional Administrator and have a passion for the Construction industry, this opportunity may be for you!

You will report to the Pre- Construction Account Manager and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively in a wonderful team environment.

The Role

  • Manage accounts for the Construction Division, including bookings, quotes, invoicing etc.
  • Create Warranty documents & other admin duties
  • Update and maintain client records
  • Provide assistance to prepare and forward quotes to clients
  • Assist with client compliance documentation
  • Assist scheduling team with job runs for maximum efficiency.
  • Liaise and develop relationships with sub- contractors/ builders
  • Assist with sales as required to meet and exceed Divisional targets
  • Answering Pre-construction phone enquiries

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience within the Construction Industry
  • Knowledge of Simpro software an advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand building plans & process an advantage
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Good problem solving & decision-making skills.
