Receptionist position available in medium sized Accounting Firm, located in Unley, Adelaide.

R J C Evans & Co is a long standing, well established and progressive Accountancy firm on the city fringe.  An opportunity has become available for a Receptionist to join our team.

Our firm’s holistic services range from the core major focus of tax and tax planning, business advisory and structuring, plus estate and succession planning.

We are similar to other long-established businesses in that we have overcome many challenges during our 100+ year history. There have been wars, recessions, the depression and the covid-19 pandemic. We believe we have an important role to play in serving our communities.

We pride ourselves on being small enough to provide a personalised service to clients, but large enough to sustain all the services expected from a large accounting firm.

The position will be supporting a team of professional accountants, including partners and we are seeking a bright, reliable and professional person with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to manage our front desk.

The successful applicant for this position will be skilful in:

• Answering a busy switchboard, forwarding calls and making appointments
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Friendly, welcoming personality, able to work in a team
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer office skills including Microsoft Office products
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills and strong attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to receive instruction and work as a self-starter
• Previous Accounting office experience preferred

This is a full-time position and the remuneration package will be negotiated to reflect experience and qualifications.
