Venture Private Advisory is an Adelaide-based boutique firm specialising in high level Business and Corporate Advisory, accounting, taxation, corporate accounting, and a variety of other services.

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised receptionist to join our team. This will be more than a reception position as it will involve various aspects of customer care, preparing presentations and often meeting with clients.

The candidate will have good presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and forward phone calls.
• Respond to emails and client inquiries.
• Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies when necessary.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist with administrative duties such as scanning, filing, printing and maintaining records.
• Manage appointments and coordinate meeting schedules.
• Deal with client queries.
• Assist the Director with onboarding new clients and preparing information and other presentation documents.
• Provide general office support as needed.

Requirements:
• High school certificate.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

There will be significant on the job training and the ability to grow and develop further skills.

This is a unique role and provides the opportunity to work with a number of interesting clients and scale-up businesses.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, immediate start.
