We are seeking applications from administrative professionals who are organised, have a strong customer service focus and love children.

Permanent Full-Time (1.0) Receptionist working 41 weeks per year, Monday to Friday 8.15am – 4.30pm.

The role of the Receptionist is to assist the Administration Team in the essential administration of St Peter’s Woodlands Grammar School. The role includes receptionist duties, general administration, first aid support, managing school mail and assisting student, parent and visitor enquiries. The prime purpose of the Receptionist is to provide a professional and courteous front-line service and direct enquiries to the appropriate persons.
