The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring the professional and timely secretarial services to the office by undertaking the administrative priorities of the company. This is an entry level role and includes reception duties both on the phone and in person, greeting clients, meeting room preparation and support, travel bookings, stationery and catering orders and other tasks as required to support the office.
