The Opportunity

Based at our office in Pirie Street, Adelaide we are seeking a full time Receptionist to join our Business Administration team.

As the face of TMK, you will be the first point of contact for all client enquiries and daily interactions, as well as managing our Jobs and Quotes inbox.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a great client experience for all visitors.
  • Supporting our team with general administration tasks.
  • Managing incoming calls.
  • Booking jobs, preparing quotes, and updating records using MYOB and Wrike
  • Maintaining the reception and kitchen areas.
  • Responding to office maintenance requests, ordering office supplies and staff amenities.
  • Managing the maintenance of office equipment. Including printers, copiers, scanners and other equipment.
  • Booking flights and vehicle servicing.
  • Assisting in coordinating events and functions.
  • Managing deliveries of goods and organising couriers.
  • Collecting and distributing the mail.
