Your Role:
As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you’ll be the welcoming face and steady hand that keeps our front office running smoothly. This is a role that blends customer service with essential administrative support in a well established insurance environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Greeting visitors and clients warmly and confidently
- Managing client files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborating with office administration staff
- Distributing messages and mail efficiently
- Handling general insurance administrative tasks
- Processing payments and banking duties
- Assisting with social media posts to engage our community and promote services
- Producing marketing documents and promotional materials as needed
- Updating and maintaining website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
