The role

We have a 12 month opportunity for a self-motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our state-of-the-art dealership in Cavan. Working with our team of managers to provide support this role will also be the first point of contact for our customers.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events as needed
  • Conduct regular and routine administrative functions
  • Prepare correspondence and co-ordinate periodical reports for managers
  • Process invoices if and when required
  • Stationary ordering and mail handling
  • General administrative duties as required

Skills & experience

  • Experience working within a reception role is preferred
  • An excellent telephone manner and presentation
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer aptitude in Microsoft Office applications
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Current drivers licence required
