We are looking for a highly-motivated, enthusiastic and friendly person to join our team as Receptionist/Administration Assistant on a full-time basis in our Port Adelaide office at 235 St Vincent Street, Port Adelaide.

MAIN DUTIES

There are a variety of responsibilities which will include, but not limited to:

  • Welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner;
  • Efficient management of all incoming calls;
  • Incoming and outgoing mail management;
  • Handling emails;
  • Maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies;
  • Time and Diary management;
  • Rounds duties;
  • Word processing and dictation;
  • General administration, including photocopying, filing and closing files.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be well-presented and have a positive attitude
  • To provide exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner
  • To have excellent organisation and communication skills
  • To have the ability to multitask
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • To have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

The salary on offer for the role is commensurate with experience.
