Receptionist/Office Administrator | Catcorp Pty Ltd

Catcorp Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian group of companies with substantial experience in property development and building construction.

We are currently looking for a full-time Receptionist/Office Administrator.

As our Receptionist/Administrator you will be the first point of contact for any visitors to the office, being well-presented and polite is a must.  Duties will include, but will not be limited to the following

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing all calls (managing multiple lines)
  • Greeting visitors
  • Managing emails / incoming & outgoing mail
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries
  • Assisting with general administrative support as required i.e. filing, typing, photocopying etc
  • Data Entry
  • Maintaining the office (Stationery & Office Supply Ordering & Restocking)

Key Requirements:

  • High attention to detail
  • Task flexibility and “can do” attitude
  • Ability to handle pressure and multi-task
  • Great communication and organisational Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in administration
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge in all Microsoft packages (particularly Word & Excel)
