Job Description: Front of house staff, Bartenders & Barista’s
Iconic Italian restaurant is opening a second location in Seaton and we are searching for some energetic and customer service focused people to become part of our new team. We are looking to fill the following positions:
- Front of House Floor Staff
- Bartender/Barista’s
Responsibilities: Front of House
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and courteously.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle payments and operate the Point of Sale in compliance with restaurant policies.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and presentation at all times.
Requirements: Front of House
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Able to speak and understand English at an intermediate level.
- Australian work rights
- Must have availability to work nights – Monday to Friday and All day Saturday and Sundays

Responsibilities: Barista/Bartender – All rounder
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
- Grind, tamp, and extract espresso shots to ensure quality and consistency in every cup.
- Steam milk to create creamy and velvety textures for lattes, cappuccinos, and other milk-based drinks
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create and present specialty cocktails and beverages
- Uphold excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring a friendly and memorable experience.
- You will also be asked to help out with other aspects restaurant
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements: Barista/Bartender – All rounder
- Previous experience working as a barista & bartender
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Able to speak and understand English at an intermediate level
- Australian work rights
- Must be available to work nights – Monday to Friday and All day Saturday and Sundays
