About the Role

This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. As our Sales & Office Admin, you’ll play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Handle incoming enquiries, build strong customer relationships, and assist with quoting and follow-ups.
• Office Administration: Manage schedules, emails, and invoicing using Xero accounting software.
• Marketing Support: Create and manage social media content to promote our services and engage with our online audience.
• General Support: Assist with various admin and operational tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Office Administration
• Experience in Xero (or similar accounting software)
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience with social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
• A friendly, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
