Tasks & responsibilities

  • work with head chef and independently to:
  • Deliver to our customers high expectations
  • hands on cooking, all sections
  • Plan, supervise , monitor and be an active participant leader
  • ensure food production, quality and timing
  • ensure the significance and detail required of allergy awareness
  • be a leader, mentor and trainer
  • Maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness
