Qualifications & experience
- Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- strong leadership skills, able to lead a team
- experienced in menu development and costing
- have drive, creative flair and a passion for food
Tasks & responsibilities
- work with head chef and independently to:
- Deliver to our customers high expectations
- hands on cooking, all sections
- Plan, supervise , monitor and be an active participant leader
- ensure food production, quality and timing
- ensure the significance and detail required of allergy awareness
- be a leader, mentor and trainer
- Maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness
