About the Role

We are seeking multiple compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Support Workers to join our team at Salisbury Village. In this rewarding role, you will provide person-cantered care and support to residents, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role requires a 6am start and a valid driver’s licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and mealtime support
  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
  • Support residents with individual care plans tailored to their needs
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and communication
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

About You:

  • A genuine passion for supporting mental health/disability clients
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (or working towards)
  • Previous experience in aged care or community support (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing high-quality care
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Manual Handling, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
