About the role:

We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Warehouse Administrator to join our team.  As a Warehouse Admin, you will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to processing of online orders, management of inventory and communication with our customer service team. The job scope includes communicating in person, by phone and by email, ensuring that your duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Permanent Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Position Purpose

To support an e-commerce business with warehouse and office administration, scheduling, coordination of inventory, processes and invoice/records management, with potential expansion into different roles, including digital marketing and advertising.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Processing daily customer and stockist orders

• Stock control and ordering of consumables

• Creating and maintenance of SOPs

• Delegating tasks to casual staff (pick-packing, labelling, receiving goods etc)

• Monitor Shopify and trade stock levels, including EOFY Stocktake

• Check off incoming orders

• Order product labels

• Provide general administrative and task-based support to Management

• Minute taking and distribution

• Organise and maintain digital files and databases using Google Drive and Dropbox

• General client support where requested

Other duties: Some Personal Assistant and other Admin Assistant duties may be required

Skills and Experience:

At least 2 years experience in a similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work

Proficient in MS Office

Experience with inventory management systems

Experience with using Google Drive
