As their new Junior Corporate Receptionist/Admin Assistant you will be stepping into a role where other staff members have contributed and grown before advancing their careers in other challenging roles within the firm.

Reporting to a General Manager, who will provide feedback and support for you to be your best, you will apply your friendly demeanour, professional approach and can-do attitude in a junior reception role with variety.

As the first point of contact you will need to comfortably multi-task while meeting and greeting clients, handling phones, and organising required meeting rooms and drinks.

Working in a team you will be an important contributor to the ongoing success of the practice by providing support with basic office duties such as mail, file management, other general administrative duties and providing assistance with procedures and systems in client administration to help ensure the organisation operates as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

You will gain variety in this role that will make every day different. The main component of the role will however be in the capacity of a front of house ambassador for valued clients.

We would now be pleased to receive applications from either school leavers with admin. work experience, or those that have gained limited office administration experience, and are looking for an employer that will value their dedication, professionalism and willingness to furtherly develop.

To be considered for this position it is naturally assumed that you will have outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, have a great telephone manner, and possess up to date skills and abilities with technology. Those that know you may describe you as “driven”.

This full-time position will initially be extended on a 3-6 month long-term temporary capacity. There is a genuine prospect that this role will ultimately become permanent.
