Adelaide Oval is gearing up for their 2026 intake into their emerging leaders program, which is built around HITsa’s in-house delivery of the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

This is the second leadership partnership program between Adelaide Oval and HITsa, with the 2025 program proving to be a huge success. Participants were required to develop operational improvement projects, and these are now having real-world impact across Adelaide Oval. 2025 Graduates speak highly of the program – their trainer, the course content and their personal development. Best of all, 6 of the 2025 graduating class of 10 have already received internal promotions. What a fabulous outcome for all with employee retention, skills development, innovation and internal promotions all being achieved.
