I am excited to join HITsa Training and Employment as the Systems and Processes Manager, ready to drive efficiency and innovation!
Tell us a bit about your work history
With a diverse career spanning over 20 years in Customer Service, Customer Experience & Training across industries such as aviation, telecommunications and RTO’s, I have built a solid foundation in training, leadership and team management.
My journey began as a flight attendant and progressed to becoming a trainer where I had the privilege of training aspiring leaders for a world class airline. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for training and development.
How has my past experience prepared me for transitioning into a new role?
I then moved to Australia in 2018, where I gained valuable insights into the RTO world through my experience. Recently I transitioned into a new role as Systems and Processes Manager, where I am currently learning and adapting to this exciting challenge.
What do you love about your job?
I love the continuous learning and problem solving that comes with my role. Everyday brings new challenges whilst I am still learning, I’m excited about the opportunity to make a difference and find ways to enhance the overall student experience within the HITsa.
What do you find most challenging?
The most challenging aspect of my role is navigating the complexities of compliance adherence in the sector. As I continue to learn and adapt to these new processes, I see it as an exciting opportunity for growth and development.
