Celebrating Dot: From Student to Early Childhood Educator

If you’ve been following our Mount Gambier newsletter articles, you’ll know we’ve been proudly sharing Dot’s journey as she worked her way through her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Dot has officially completed her qualification, relocated to Adelaide, and is about to start her very first job in early childhood — this coming Tuesday! 💛

Throughout her course, Dot was such a joy to support. She showed dedication, kindness and a genuine love for working with children. Dot says the best part of her training was the way everyone helped her, encouraged her, and did their best to support her right to the end.

Now, she’s stepping into her new role feeling more confident, proud and excited to put everything she’s learned into practice.

We couldn’t be happier for her.
