This qualification is the perfect tool to gain an understanding of the health and community services sector.
Job outcomes include support worker, residential support worker, Aboriginal intake and referral worker, community care worker and weekend recreation activities officer, PLUS provides pathways to further studies including community services, aged care, disability support, mental health, drug education, nursing and youth work.
- Flexible delivery combines online learning with 1 day a week face-to-face training (complete in 15 training sessions – 3 weeks full time equivalent)
- Funded by the State Government through the Subsidised Training List (eligibility criteria applies)*
