Accessing support during online learning
Many HITsa courses are delivered using a blended delivery model, meaning students complete portions or all of their unit studies online via it’s platform ‘Coursebox’, prior to attending class.
HITsa’s team are equipped to assist students who experience problems accessing coursebox, those who may need assistance to overcome technical difficulties or those facing problems related to the completion of the course content.
There are several ways students can access support whilst completing their online training;
- by sending a message via Coursebox
- email HITsa via their course address
