Qualified trainers and assessors

All assessors who work for HITsa are qualified with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

In addition to this, we ensure that our trainers and assessors hold: Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed; current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided; current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs their training and assessment.

HITsa knows that quality training and assessment relies on having skilled and knowledgeable trainers and assessors who are up to date with current industry trends, and we work hard to deliver this across all our qualifications.
